Sample contract pool

In 2020, various state associations and other organisations such as the Landesverband Freie Tanz- und Theaterschaffende Baden-Württemberg e.V. (LaFT), Landesverband professionelle freie darstellende Künste Hessen (laPROF e.V.) and the nrw landesbüro tanz e.V. initiated the so-called ‘sample contract pool’ together with the law firm Laaser & Rhotert Partnerschaftsgesellschaft von RAinnen mbB.

The participating state associations - including us as LFTS since March 2023 - have access to a collection of sample contracts managed by the law firm Laaser & Rhotert Partnerschaftsgesellschaft von RAinnen mbB, which are available to our members as templates for drawing up contracts. The ‘sample contract pool’ currently includes contracts on topics such as directing, guest performances, co-production, dance, puppetry, stage/costume, video/film, performers and production management, etc. The sample contracts are mainly available in German and English.

The contract pool is available to our members free of charge. Please contact us at mitglieder@freie-theater-sachsen.de to gain access to individual sample contracts.
